Making strategy more doable.

Hi, I'm Glenn Deering.
Essentially, my job as a brand strategist is to spot the underlying good in a group of people's work and rally them to spread that goodness to others through their culture, product, interactions, and communications.
I do that by expertly facilitating the client's vision, unearthing organizational and market insights, and transforming that input into highly actionable strategies through the power of conceptual thinking.
I equip businesses with intuitive, easy-to-execute frameworks, plans, and briefs. The key is communicating the strategy in simple, memorable, actionable, and compelling language. I call this my SMAC standard, and I adhere to it in all my work.
Strategy is the course an organization charts to achieve an objective. A business wanders without an objective or a strategy to achieve it. I want to make creating and executing strategy more doable for large and small companies.
Practicing what I preach.
Below is the Brand Identity Strategy One-pager (BISO) for Deering Strategy. I use this framework for every strategic brand identity I formulate. It identifies each element that defines what you stand for, what you're known for, and how you show up in the marketplace. Not only does it keep me on track, it tells you what Deering Strategy is all about in three short statements.

Strategies that follow the SMAC standard.
